I did not receive a confirmation SMS/email for a transaction I am charged for.

That seems like a concern, In case you have done a transaction and have seen the confirmation page however have not received any confirmation What's App/SMS/ EMAIL.

Please follow the below steps:- 

App: you'll find the option to resend the confirmation under the purchase history 

Website: in the top right corner of the website and select 'Resend Booking Confirmation'. 

M ticket: all you need to do is scan the bar-code and gain access into the cinema.

NOTEIn case the confirmation page did not show up and after following the above steps you are unable to get the confirmation, there is a possibility that the transaction might have failed. If the amount is charged for failed transaction, you'll receive the refund within 4 to 5 working days. It may take a bit longer 10 working days for nationalized bank. If it's a wallet transaction amount is refunded within 24 hours.
