I did not receive a confirmation on SMS/email for a transaction I am charged for.

That seems like a concern, In case you have transacted and have seen the confirmation page however have not received any confirmation What's App/SMS/ Email.

Please follow the below steps:- 

App: You'll find an option to resend the confirmation under 'Purchase History'

Website: in the top-right corner of the website, select 'Resend Booking Confirmation', enter the same email ID and contact number as the charged transaction. 

M-Ticket: All you need to do, is scan the bar-code and gain access to the cinema.

NOTE: In case the confirmation page did not show up and despite following the above steps you are unable to get the confirmation, there is a possibility that the transaction might have failed. We suggest you check if the seats selected in the transaction are vacant or if they're available. If the amount is charged for a failed transaction, you'll receive a refund within 4 to 5 working days. It may take a bit longer, i.e. up to 10 working days for a nationalized bank. Wallet refunds, however, reflect in 24 hours.
