I have not received my confirmation SMS. I booked my ticket twice. Please, help!
When there is a will there's away! If your booking is confirmed you'll see the tickets under " Purchase history" on our website/app.
Also, you get SMS /what's app confirmation as well as an email.
If this doesn't help, just visit our website click 'Resend confirmation' to get a copy instantly on your email. You can do this through application too.
Don't get the option yet, in case the amount is charged for a failed transaction, you'll receive the refund within 4 to 5 working days. It may take a bit longer than 10 working days for the nationalized bank. If it's a wallet transaction amount is refunded within 24 hours.
