Why haven't I received the refund yet?
For an unsuccessful transaction, we process the refund within 2 hours. It should reflect in your account within 4-5 working days (which excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) depending on your card issuing bank
In case of a nationalized bank, it takes a maximum of 10 working days for the amount to hit in your account.
